Refund policy
We want you to love the art you purchase from The Morii Collection. If you’re not satisfied, here’s what you need to know:
Returns: Since each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues: If your new artwork arrives damaged or in otherwise poor condition please let us know and we will replace the piece as soon as possible. Please inspect your order on arrival. If damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue.
Process: If your artwork is damaged, contact us at mark@themoriicollection.com. We’ll provide instructions.
